Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from NTS ASA ("NTS" or "the Company") today, 26 August 2021, on ticker "NRS" that NTS has surpassed 40% ownership in Norway Royal Salmon ASA ("Norway Royal Salmon" or "NRS") through acceptances received in the mandatory offer (the "Offer"). NTS has today sent a letter to the board of NRS with a request for an extraordinary general meeting of Norway Royal Salmon, in accordance with the Public Limited Liability Companies Act § 5-7 (2) for consideration of the following matters:

1. Election of a new board
2. Election of a new nomination committee
3. Revocation of board authorization for capital increase approved at the annual general meeting 27.05.2021
