Referring to NTS ASA’s (“NTS”) stock exchange notice of 27 of January 2022 with the publication of an investor presentation.

In connection with publication of NTS’ investor presentation, Norway Royal Salmon ASA (“NRS”) updates on harvest estimates for 2022 and 2023. NRS Farming Norway estimates to harvest ~35,000t head-on-gutted salmon (“HOG”) in 2022 and ~50,000t HOG salmon in 2023. The estimated growth in harvest volumes from 2022 to 2023 is explained mainly by:

- Normalization of Maximum Allowed Biomass (“MAB”) utilization as triploid salmon is phased out

- Implementation of interregional MAB in NRS’ 3 production areas

- Access to more high-quality smolt from new smolt facility and agreement to purchase post-smolt

Farming Iceland estimate a harvest volume of 13,000t HOG in 2022 and 13,000t HOG in 2023, in addition to previously communicated estimate for 2025 of ~24,000t HOG.

Further details will be given in connection with NRS’ Q4 presentation on the 23 of February 2022.
