The Board of directors of Norwegian Property ASA ("Norwegian Property" or the "Company") has been informed by the Managers of the Private Placement that the book is fully covered, and has as a consequence decided to close the bookbuilding period tonight at 24:00 hours CET.

 

Detailed information of the Private Placement will be sent in a press-release tomorrow morning.

 

Norwegian Property has retained Arctic Securities ASA, Pareto Securities AS and Pareto Private Equity AS (collectively referred to as the "Managers") to advice on and effect the Private Placemen.
