Notification

In connection with expiry of the existing TRS, Carucel Holding AS, a company controlled by Carl Erik Krefting who is a board member of Norwegian Property ASA (NPRO), has on January 22, 2020 entered into a TRS agreement relating to 3 500 000 shares in NPRO. Pursuant to the TRS agreement the exercise price is NOK 14,40 per share and the termination date is January  24, 2021. Following the transaction, companies controlled by Carl Erik Krefting hold through financial instruments rights to 3 500 000 shares and continue to own 44 885 shares in NPRO.
