The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has on 17th September 2024 approved Norwegian Property ASA’s base prospectus, and it is available at Norwegian Property ASA’s website https://www.norwegianproperty.no/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/Base-Prospectus-2024.09.17.pdf .
The prospectus has been prepared in connection with the listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange of the following bond issues on 27th September 2024:
- 5.50% Norwegian Property ASA Secured Bond Issue 2024/2029 with ISIN NO 0013251827 and issued amount NOK 340 000 000, issued on 12th June, 2024.
