NPRO: Disclosure of proxies
In connection with the Annual General Meeting in Norwegian Property ASA on 12 April 2012, the chairman of the board Arvid Grundekjøn, or the person he appoints, has received voting rights based on proxies for 27 897 467 shares, representing 5.6 per cent of the shares in Norwegian Property ASA. The proxies apply exclusively to the General Meeting mentioned above.
Arvid Grundekjøn and related parties own 50 000 shares in Norwegian Property ASA, corresponding to 0.01 per cent of the shares in Norwegian Property ASA.
Through proxies and shares owned by Arvid Grundekjøn and related parties, Arvid Grundekjøn has voting rights for 5.61 per cent of the shares in Norwegian Property ASA, and has hence passed the level of 5 per cent which requires disclosure.
