Please find Notice of extraordinary general meeting in Norwegian Property ASA enclosed. The general meeting will be held on Monday 25 May 2020 at 0830 hours CET at Bryggegata 6 (5th floor) in Oslo, Norway. The notice will be sent to all shareholders and is also available at the company's website www.norwegianproperty.no

The company will going forward consider opportunities within other segments than the traditional commercial property segment. Several interesting long-term development opportunities in the existing property portfolio are also being pursued. The company wants increased flexibility to develop and invest in segments where the company's current business clause in the Articles of Association does not necessarily give sufficient leeway. Consequently, the Board of Directors proposes that the company amends the section regarding the company's business in the Articles of Association. Reference is also made to the Company's Q1 2020 Report available on the Company's website www.npro.no

Anne Lise E. Gryte is suggested elected as new chair of the Nomination Committee, and Marianne E. Johnsen is suggested re-elected as a member. Reference is made to the Nomination Committee's proposal dated 25 March 2020, that is available on the company's website www.npro.noNorwegian Property ASA will comply with all measures taken by the Government in connection with COVID-19. This could include limiting the number of shareholders allowed to physical attend the General Meeting.
