    NOTE expands its manufacturing capacity through the acquisition of all shares in the Bulgarian electronics manufacturer ATM Electronics.     NOTE – strong increase in cooperation with a well-established European industrial customer

    The demand from a large industrial customer with high requirements, with whom NOTE has successfully collaborated with for several years, is developing very strongly. NOTE is therefore facing a sharp increase in both manufacturing and deliveries within the framework of the existing collaboration.     NOTE's CEO Johannes Lind-Widestam has recently sold 19,500 shares in NOTE, corresponding to 4% of his holdings, to a value of SEK 4.4 million. The sale was carried out to cover tax obligations. After the sale, Johannes Lind-Widestam's ownership (private and via company) in NOTE amounts to 443,000 shares, which corresponds to some 1.5% of the shares in NOTE.     Financial performance in Q4 (October-December)• Sales increased by 28% to SEK 1,038 (814) million. Adjusted for acquisitions and currency effects, organic growth was 8%. Re-invoicing of extraordinary  cost increases on electronic components had no significant impact on growth as the corresponding re-invoicing also occurred during the fourth quarter of the  previous year.• Operating profit was SEK 129 (87) million and corresponded to an operating margin of 12.3% (10.6%).     NOTE acquires property for continued expansion in Sweden

    NOTE has agreed with the current property owner to acquire the building and surrounding land where NOTE Torsby conducts its business. This is to enable a future expansion of the business to meet an increasing demand. The purchase price amounts to SEK 41.5 million. NOTE Torsby currently rents the property where the business is conducted. The size of the plant amounts to just over 7,000 square meters and was expanded as late as 2021.     NOTE continues to see strong demand

    NOTE today hosts a Capital Markets Day to update on progress made to reach the financial targets previously communicated by the company. NOTE confirms its previous guidance of reaching SEK 1 billion in revenue for a single quarter for the first time in the current quarter, Q4 2022. The operative operating profit, excluding currency translation effects (as of the end of November SEK +6 m in profit effect) is expected to amount to at least SEK 100 m.     Continued expansion of NOTE in Sweden

    NOTE meets an increased demand from its customers and continues to grow. In Sweden, which is NOTE's largest domestic market, NOTE has now signed an agreement to expand the plant in Norrtälje. Along with other investments, both for increased capacity and efficiency improvements of the production area, the total production area in the plant in Norrtälje increases by approximately 1,100 m[2]. The decision is a continuation of NOTE's expansion plan where NOTE expanded the plant in Torsby during the previous year, which increased the production area in the plant by approximately 2,200 m[2].     Resumed business with the customer behind NOTE's potential bad debt

    On 12 October, NOTE sent out a Press Release about a potential bad debt since one of NOTE's customer in the UK had applied for administration and that all the customer's operations were stopped in connection with this. In the third quarter, NOTE took a cost for the potential bad debt of SEK 30 million, which corresponded to the entire risk exposure that NOTE had towards the company.     Potential bad debt affects NOTE's profits in the third quarter

    One of NOTE's customers in the UK, active in electric vehicles charging, has applied for administration.
