NOTE Norrtelje – the first Swedish manufacturer of electronics to receive the TS-certification

The manufacturer of electronics, NOTE Norrtelje, meets all the demands for TS-certification and has now received the official TS-certificate. NOTE will be the first and only Swedish manufacturer of electronics with a TS-certification, guiding manufacturing quality relating mostly to the automotive industry. This is an additional certification to the more common ISO-certificate.

A TS-certification focuses primarily on securing all processes before starting up production series. The system allows the individual customer to request that the TS-certified manufacturer follow specific regulations relating to quality assurance of the product. – During the recession in the Telecom-trade we have actively searched new production opportunities within other segments and we have been successful in broadening our base of customers, Mats Hultin, President of NOTE Norrtelje AB, tells us. Many suppliers to the car industry are among our new customers. Since they request TS-certification it has been natural for us to put our efforts into this. The certification process has been going on for a year with Semko-Dekra as authorized public accountant and issuer of the certificate. – We look upon the future with great confidence.
