NOTE starts strategic co-operation with company within the Sigma group

NOTE AB is today signing an agreement for co-operation with Sigma Innovation AB, a company with special competence within high technology product development. An agreement that shall lead to that NOTE and Sigma Innovation will strengthen their positions within respectively line of business.

With this agreement NOTE (former Norrtelje Elektronik AB), the only Swedish owned global electronic producer on the market, gain access to Sigma Innovations know how within product development, something that more and more customers for production are looking for. The co-operation strengthens in the same manner Sigma Innovations position as a leading player within advanced product development. Erik Stenfors, Managing Director NOTE Development are very positive to the co-operation: "Together with Sigma Innovation we can undertake assignments that includes the whole chain of values from product development to after market." Mats Bostroem, Managing Director Sigma Innovation, sees increased possibilities in being able to offer a stronger total concept together with NOTE: "Shorter product life cycles and broader product program increases the demand for development in accordance with modern production technic." NOTE has a turnover of SEK 500,- m. and are planning an introduction to the Stock exchange year 2005 at the latest.
