Senior executives buy shares in NOTE

At NOTE's Annual General Meeting 2017, a decision was made to introduce a three-year incentive programme to the Group management and key personnel based on a directed issue of no more than 600,000 warrants. After previous repurchases, 500,000 warrants remain.

All participants have decided to acquire shares in accordance with the terms of the programme. In total, this means that the company receives SEK 11,650,000 million. The number of shares will increase by 500,000, which corresponds to a dilution of just under 2%. To enable financing of the participants' share purchases, a certain sale of shares is estimated.

“NOTE has gained the trust of many customers and developed strongly over a long period of time. There is great faith in the future of the company, and I believe it is very positive that all participants in the programme have chosen to increase their shareholding in NOTE”, says Johannes Lind-Widestam, CEO and President.
