Updated information to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of NOTE AB (publ), 25 April 2014

Nomination Committee's proposals (Item 12)

In the notice for the AGM of NOTE AB (publ) the Nomination Committee suggested that Andre Klotz would be elected as a board member. After the notice was issued, Andre Klotz changed his employer and his position. With this new position Andre Klotz is unable to undertake assignments as board member of listed companies. In view of this, Andre Klotz announced that he will no longer be available as a board member. With a modification of the nomination previously proposed, the Nomination Committee proposes that Henry Klotz will be re-elected as a board member.
