Q2 2022: Correction of interim report data for the quarter April–June 2022

In connection with Novedo Holding AB's (publ) (the "Company") work on the interim report for the period July – September 2022, the company has discovered incorrect information in the interim report for the period April – June 2022, which was published on August 19, 2022. The incorrect information consists of a positive item of SEK 19.3 million being incorrectly reported in net financial items in the income statement instead of as a balance sheet item goodwill.

The Company thus makes the following corrections to data in the consolidated total income in summary in the interim report for the quarter April-June 2022:

• Profit before tax for the quarter in the Group amounted to SEK -1,898 thousand, but was incorrectly stated to SEK 17,374 thousand.
•  Profit for the quarter amounted to SEK -7,936 thousand, but was incorrectly stated to SEK 11,336 thousand.

The company's interim report for the period July – September 2022 will be published on 30 November 2022.
