    NRC Group ASA: Employee Share Purchase Program

    NRC Group ASA ("NRC" or the "Company") has carried out its employee share purchase program for 2024. Participants in the share purchase program were offered a discount of 20 percent on the average closing price through the subscription period. Hence the subscription price after discount was NOK 4.24. In connection with the program, the Company has transferred 816,941 of its shares held in treasury to employees participating in the program.     NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a rail contract in Sweden - SEK 267 million

    The Swedish Transport Administration has appointed NRC Group Sverige AB, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA to a contract for track related work in the counties of Västmanlands and Södermanland. The contract is valued at approximately SEK 267 million, and will involve rail services such as track, electro, signal/telecom and groundwork. The work will commence in January 2025 and is scheduled for completion in September 2025.     NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a rail contract in Finland - EUR 5.6 million

    Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency has appointed NRC Group Finland, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract for the repair and maintenance of relay groups for railway signalling systems. The contract is valued at approximately EUR 5,6 million. The work will commence in January 2025 and is scheduled for completion in December 2027,  with a possible two-year extension option.
