Rolf Berge, Head of Finance in NRC Group ASA, has today purchased 12,000 shares in NRC Group ASA at an average price of NOK 16.50 per share. After the purchase, Rolf Berge holds, privately and through his wholly owned company Loreåsen Holding AS, a total of 40,630 shares in NRC Group ASA.
