NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a contract in Finland – EUR 20.3 million

The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency has appointed NRC Group Finland Oy, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, and Siemens Mobility Oy, to a contract for signalling system renewal on the Tampere-Seinäjoki railway section.

NRC Group Finland Oy and Siemens Mobility Oy will jointly deliver and install a new signalling system between Tampere and Seinäjoki. Siemens Mobility Oy is responsible for the system delivery and NRC Group Finland Oy is responsible for interlocking outdoor equipment installation and overall site management.

NRC Group Finland’s share of the contract is approximately EUR 20.3 million.

The work will commence in October 2019, and the project is scheduled for completion in December 2021.
