NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a contract in Norway - NOK 175 million

Bane NOR has appointed NRC Bane AS, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract for preparatory ground and railway technical works, on the railway connection between Drammen and Gulskogen.

The new double track project is part of the Intercity initiative, a large scale development of the railway in Eastern Norway. The contract is valued at approximately NOK 175 million and will involve rail services such as track, electro, signal/telecom and groundwork.

The work will commence in February 2020, and the project is scheduled for completion in September 2021.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and formal contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest.
