NRC GROUP ASA - APPOINTED TO A FRAME AGREEMENT IN NORWAY

Jernbaneverket has appointed NRC Rail Norge AS, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a frame agreement for ground and track related work on the connection between Kristiansand and Kongsberg (Sørlandsbanen).
The frame agreement will take effect from January 2016 and continue to December 2017 with an additional two year option period. The minimum estimated total value of the frame agreement is NOK 40 million.
Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and formal contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest. Oslo, 23. December 2015
