NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a maintenance contract in Sweden - SEK 378 million

The Swedish Transport Administration has appointed NRC Sverige AB, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract for the maintenance of railways in the area BKB and KTK.

The contract is valued at approximately SEK 378 million, and will involve rail services such as track, signaling and electro. The work will commence in April 2023 and is scheduled for completion in March 2028, with an additional 2-year option period.

“This win is of significant importance for NRC Group. We have been responsible for maintenance in this contract area for the past six years. This appointment comes because of systematic work by our team to improve efficiency and performance. It confirms our competitiveness within rail maintenance in Sweden” says Henning Olsen, CEO in NRC Group.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and formal contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest.
