NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a major civil contract in Norway - NOK 625 million

Forsvarsbygg has appointed NRC Norge AS, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract for ground, foundation and construction work in connection with a new quay at Haakonsvern Naval Base.
 
The contract is valued at approximately NOK 625 million and is the largest civil contract to date for NRC Norge. The work will commence in February 2024 and is scheduled for completion in June 2027.
 
Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and formal contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest.
