NRC GROUP ASA - APPOINTED TO A MAJOR CONTRACT IN SWEDEN - SEK 159 MILLION

The Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) has appointed Svensk Järnvägsteknik AB (SJT), a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, as the turnkey contractor for track renewal of 70 kilometers on the connection between Vislanda and Mosselund in Sweden. The contract is valued at approximately SEK 159 million. The work will start early January 2016 and the project is scheduled for completion in December 2017.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and formal contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest. NRC Group is very pleased with this major contract, which is a recognition of SJT's core competence within rail infrastructure in Sweden.
