From 19 May 2021 until 28 May 2021, NRC Group ASA has purchased a total of 220,000 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 16.63 per share. NRC Group ASA owns a total of 246,842 own shares, corresponding to 0.33% of NRC Group ASA's share capital.
