NRC Group ASA – Buyback of shares and end of program

In reference to the buyback program announced 19 May 2021, NRC Group has purchased 255,500 of its own shares and has now completed the program. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 16.88 per share.

Following the transactions, NRC Group owns 282,342 of its own shares.
