NRC Group ASA - Cancellation of contract

Oslo, 18 July 2017. Reference is made to the stock exchange notice made by NRC Group ASA ("NRC Group" or the "Company") on 4 July 2017 where Trafikverket in Sweden appointed Segermo AB, a company wholly owned by NRC Group, to a contract of track renewal on the railway connection between Karlstad C and Karlstad Östra in Sweden.

NRC Group has today been informed by Trafikverket that it has cancelled the contract due to procedural error in the tender process and that Trafikverket shortly will re-announce the contract again to the market.
