NRC Group ASA – Completes buyback program

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice announcement from NRC Group ASA (the "Company") of 24 May 2023, 2 June 2023, 13 June 2023 and 22 June 2023 regarding the buyback program of up to NOK 7 million.

The buyback program is based on the authorization provided by the Annual General Meeting to the Board of Directors on 4 May 2023.

From 23 June until 30 June 2023, NRC Group ASA has purchased a total of 39,139 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange. A detailed overview of all completed transactions under the buyback program carried out during the time period is attached hereto.

NRC Group has purchased 302,174 shares and has now completed the program. NRC Group owns 418,830 treasury shares in the Company, corresponding to 0.57% of the share capital.
