NRC Group ASA – Ends buy-back of own shares for the employee share program

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from 11 May 2022 announcing a share buy-back program for NRC Group ASA (the "Company"), in connection with the Company's employee share program for up to NOK 7 million in the market.

NRC Group has purchased 371,033 of its own shares and has now completed the program. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 18.86 per share.

An overview of all transactions made under the buy-back programme that has been carried out is attached.

Following the transactions, NRC Group owns 371,616 treasury shares.
