Visento AS has on 7 November 2019 purchased 5,000 shares in NRC Group ASA at a price of NOK 48.63 per share. Visento AS is wholly owned by Helge Midttun, who is the Chairman of NRC Group ASA. Following the transaction, Visento AS holds 110,000 shares in NRC Group ASA.
