Loreåsen Holding AS has on 8 November 2019 purchased 6,000 shares in NRC Group ASA at a price of NOK 48.57 per share. Loreåsen Holding AS is wholly owned by Rolf Berge, who is Head of Finance in NRC Group ASA. Following the transaction, Loreåsen Holding AS holds 16,000 shares in NRC Group ASA.
