NRC Group ASA - New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement on 5 September 2019 from NRC Group ASA (the "Company") regarding exercise of options granted under the share option program, and resolution by the board of directors to issue 100,000 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 53.25 per share.

The share capital increase pertaining to the share issuance has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's registered share capital is NOK 54,035,630 divided on 54,035,630 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
