The duration of the buy-back program: 11 May 2022 to 31 May 2022.

Size of the buy-back program: Up to NOK 7 million.

From 11 May 2022 until 20 May 2022, NRC Group ASA has purchased a total of 214,587 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 18.95 per share.

Following the completion of the above transactions, NRC Group ASA owns a total of 215,170 own shares, corresponding to 0.29% of NRC Group ASA’s share capital.
