NRC Group ASA – Transaction made under the share buyback program

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice announcement from NRC Group ASA (the “Company”) of 24 May 2023 regarding the buyback program of up to NOK 7 million.

The buyback program will be conducted in accordance with the authorization provided by the Annual General Meeting
to the Board of Directors on 4 May 2023. The current program is valid until 30 June 2023.

From 14 June until 22 June 2023, NRC Group ASA has purchased a total of 41,414 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange.

A detailed overview of all completed transactions under the buyback program carried out during the above time period is attached hereto.

At present date, NRC Group ASA owns 379,691 treasury shares in the Company, corresponding to 0.52% of the share capital.
