NRC Group ASA – Transactions made under the share buyback program

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice announcement from NRC Group ASA (the “Company”) of 24 May 2023 regarding the buyback program of up to NOK 7 million. The current program is valid until 30 June 2023.

From 24 May 2023 until 2 June 2023, the Company has purchased a total of 150,788 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange.

A detailed overview of all completed transactions under the buyback program carried out during the above time period is attached hereto. At present date, NRC Group ASA owns 267,444 treasury shares in the Company, corresponding to 0.37% of the share capital.
