NRC Group ASA – Transfer and sale of treasury shares

Reference is made to the announcement on 30 August 2018 and today on 28 September 2018 from NRC Group ASA (“NRC Group” or the “Company”) regarding NRC Group’s acquisition of Gunnar Knutsen AS.

In connection with completion of the acquisition, the Company has today transferred 405,000 of its own shares held in treasury at a price per share of NOK 68.92, The shares are transferred as partial consideration to the seller of Gunnar Knutsen AS.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 372 own shares in treasury.
