NRC Group ASA: Minutes from Annual General Meeting 2023
The Annual General Meeting of NRC Group ASA was held today, 4th May 2023, as a digital meeting with online participation.
All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the board of directors and the nomination committee, cf. notice of the Annual General Meeting published on NewsWeb Oslo Børs on 13 April 2023.
