NRC Group ASA initiates share buyback program

NRC Group ASA (the “Company”) has decided to initiate a share buyback program. The buyback program will be conducted in accordance with the authorization provided by the annual general meeting to the board of directors on May 6 2021.

The share buyback program will be for a maximum consideration of NOK 12 million, and for a maximum of 750,000 shares. The program will commence on May 19 and continue until June 11, 2021. Buyback transactions will be executed according to the market price on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The shares purchased under this program will be used in connection with the Company’s employee share program.
