Shares purchased by primary insiders in 2020 Employee Share Program

NRC Group ASA (the "Company") has completed the 2020 share program for employees in the Company and the Company's subsidiaries in Norway, Sweden and Finland (the “Program”), where the employees have been offered the opportunity to purchase shares in the Company at a 20% discount for a total amount of either NOK 12,000, NOK 20,000 or NOK 32,000. The purchase price per share before the discount was NOK 31.75, corresponding to the closing trading price of the Company's share on the Oslo Stock Exchange on 29 May 2020.

In connection with the Program, the Company has today transferred 202,542 of its shares held in treasury to employees participating in the Program. The Company holds 26,842 shares in treasury following the transaction.

The following primary insiders purchased shares:

CEO, Henning Olsen, has purchased 1259 shares in the Program. Following the purchase Mr. Olsen owns 42,773 shares and 10,000 share options in the Company.

CFO, Dag Fladby, has purchased 1259 shares in the Program. Following the purchase Mr. Fladby owns 50,659 shares and 82,500 share options in the Company.

MD of NRC Norge, Hans Olav Storkås, has purchased 1259 shares in the Program. Following the purchase Mr. Storkås owns 23,429 shares and 45,000 share options in the Company.

MD of NRC Finland, Harri Lukkarinen, has purchased 1259 shares in the Program. Following the purchase Mr. Lukkarinen owns 5,429 shares and 7,500 share options in the Company.

Head of Communications, Lene Engebretsen, has purchased 1259 shares in the Program. Following the purchase, Mrs Engebretsen owns 1259 shares and 0 share options in the Company.

Legal Counsel, Alfred Beck, has purchased 1259 shares in the Program. Following the purchase Mr. Beck owns 1259 shares and 82,500 share options in the Company.

Head of Finance, Rolf Berge, has purchased 1259 shares in the Program. Following the purchase Mr. Berge owns 28,630 shares and 0 share options in the Company (both directly and indirectly through Loreåsen Holding AS, a company controlled by Rolf Berge)
