Also affiliating are Gene Bretoi, Mullinnix’s husband who is also a licensed REALTOR®, and Joan Marie Erni, team coordinator. The team was previously affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty and was the company’s number one team in Sarasota. Betty Mullinnix has been in real estate for more than 30 years and has been a broker associate for 28 years and specializes in luxury properties. Her industry knowledge and experience stems back more than 25 years, when she first worked with the builders and developers of The Oaks selling new construction.

Steve Abbe has been a PGA, Class A Golf Professional for over 20 years.  His golf-industry career led him to be passionate about the communities he knew so well, like The Oaks and TPC Prestancia.  He became a licensed REALTOR® in 2004 and is a proud veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps.

The two formed a team in 2007, and in 2015, had a combined sales volume of $20.1 million. They have already surpassed the $20 million mark for 2016.
