Cindy Brads Named Branch Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s SW Orlando Office

ORLANDO (August 29, 2016) – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has named Cindy Brads as the new branch manager of the company’s Southwest Orlando/Dr. Phillips office, where she will lead 90 independent sales associates. Brads brings over 21 years of experience in the Orlando real estate market.

Brads began her real estate career in 1995 as a sales associate for the company’s Southwest Orlando/Dr. Phillips office and is now coming full circle to manage the office where she started.  From 2006 until 2013, Brads served as the assistant branch manager for the Downtown Orlando office.  From then on she has worked as a sales associate there until her new appointment as branch manager.

“I’m truly excited and looking forward to my role as branch manager for such an incredibly dynamic and talented group of sales associates,” said Cindy. “My experience in recruiting, business planning and providing professional development will be very helpful in supporting the Southwest Orlando office.”

Brads has developed leadership skills by serving in many capacities for the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association including vice chair, chair of budget and finance, director, chair and vice chair of the grievance committee and as a member of the professional standards committee. She also served as a Director for Florida REALTORS®.
