Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT Mike Carr Sr. Retires as Manager to Focus on Brokerage
Naples, FL (February 16, 2016) – Coldwell Banker Commercial, Naples today announced the retirement of Mike Carr, Sr. as the Southwest Florida Commercial Director. Carr, who has been a fixture in commercial real estate in Collier County for more than 35 years, will continue to work as a broker-associate to sell and lease properties for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT.
“Mike Carr Sr. is one of a kind. I’m always meeting people around the country who share great stories about Mike and his successful run with CBC,” said Karl Maret CCIM, Managing Director, CBC NRT-FL. “I’ve learned so much working with him. He’s retiring from management but I don’t expect Mike will ever retire from commercial real estate.”
Carr has built up many significant accomplishments in his management career for his leadership, successful office associates, and strong sales. Most notably, the Naples Commercial office won the Spring Arcade Award in 2004 for Best Office out of more than 400 Coldwell Banker Commercial offices worldwide, under Carr’s leadership. Carr has achieved the CCIM designation and membership to SIOR. He will transition his management responsibilities to his son, Mike Carr Jr., who will become the new Southwest Florida Commercial Director.

Carr Jr. is a graduate of the University of Florida’s School of Business and has resided in Naples for over 30 years. He began his real estate career in the late 1980’s and has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT since 1991.
