FORT WORTH (May 3, 2016)— Leah Dunn, owner of Coldwell Banker Encore Dunn & Elam, has affiliated with the Fort Worth Tanglewood office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Members also affiliating include Melissa Dunn, Sara Luevano, Cliff Spence, Karen Bobo, Natasha Rogers, Cindy Gaston and Amanda Collins.

Dunn has been in real estate for more than 18 years and is a second-generation real estate broker, as her family owned and operated Dunn & Elam Real Estate. Dunn bought her family’s brokerage in 2005 and later converted the company to a Coldwell Banker franchise in 2008. Melissa Dunn joined the company as co-owner at that time. Outside of her work with the brokerage, Dunn also serves as the City of Fort Worth’s District Nine Zoning Commissioner.

Prior to a career in real estate, Dunn worked in the financial industry. She serves as one the Texas representatives to the United States Department of Agriculture with regards to foreclosures in the housing market. Her community involvement included serving on the finance committee for the Greater Fort Worth Board of Realtors, member of the Board of Directors of the Azle Chamber of Commerce and initiated the Azle Chapter of Interact, a youth division of Rotary International.
