Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Opens New Miami Beach Office
MIAMI (May 16, 2014) — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate opened the doors to its new Miami Beach office today. Previously located at 1691 Michigan Avenue, the new location is just around the corner at 1682 Jefferson Avenue. The new space boasts an ultramodern design and features a 169-inch video wall, a nine-foot-high vertical garden in the conference room and a state-of-the-art white noise system.

Reminiscent of an atrium, the conference room has a green-house style roof with eight-foot tall glass barn doors. The space features the modern industrial open floor plan utilizing the Dynasound sound-masking system which provides acoustical privacy while retaining the look and feel of South Beach style.
