Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Roger Pettingell Ranked Among Top 250 Agents in US by REAL Trends The Thousand
Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Roger Pettingell of the Longboat Key office has been ranked among the top 250 real estate agents in the country by sales volume, according to REAL Trends “The Thousand,” which was released today. Pettingell – the No. 1 Realtor® in Sarasota and Manatee counties and the No. 1 Coldwell Banker agent in Florida in 2013 – ranked #239 in sales volume among all real estate agents in America. He closed 59 transactions with a total sales volume of more than $61.48 last year.

In 2013, Pettingell grew his business and hired two additional staff members to assist in his marketing efforts. In addition he revamped his website, LongBoatRealEstate.com, began a blog, has built an active presence social media, created a unique website for each of his property listings, and has created a video for many of the properties.
A dedicated family man with a wife and two children, Pettingell makes being an active member of the Sarasota community a top priority. He sits on the board of directors for the West Coast Black Theatre Troupe, the Ringling Museum and Southeastern Guide Dogs. Pettingell is an avid supporter of Girls Inc., and was awarded the 2010 Father of the Year Award by the organization. He is also on the advisory boards of the Child Advocacy Center of Sarasota and Forty Carrots Family Center.
