James Silver Named to Prestigious Coldwell Banker Real Estate 30 Under 30 List
ST. PETERSBURG, FL (July 18, 2016) – Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has announced that James Silver, an independent sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in St. Petersburg, was named to the Coldwell Banker® 30 Under 30. This prestigious list encompasses the top young real estate professionals among the almost 85,000 Coldwell Banker professionals working in 47 countries around the world. This group of real estate professionals honors the heritage of founders, Colbert Coldwell and later Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively.
Silver, 29, was honored for his dynamic use of technology and social media in the work place as a way to connect with younger and first-time home buyers. He regularly gives back to the community by volunteering at a local south St. Petersburg elementary school, where he is dedicated to helping improve the struggling school. Silver has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate since 2014.
The Coldwell Banker organization will honor Silver at their international Generation Blue Experience in Miami, Florida from Oct. 18-20.
