TAMPA (August 11, 2016)—Janet Robinson, CCIM, has been named commercial director for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT’s West Central Florida region. Robinson’s current role is the commercial director for the Sarasota region.  Her new territory spans from Charlotte County to Tampa Bay, and she will assume her new role on August 17.

“I’m excited to expand my influence, as well as the overall network of both residential and commercial associates in the West Central Florida region,” remarked Robinson. “I look forward to sharing my knowledge and am eager for the new learning opportunities ahead.”

Robinson has worked in commercial real estate since 1996 and has positioned herself as one of the most recognized figures in the business within the Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte region. She will continue to be based in NRT’s Sarasota Downtown office. Her promotion allows Karl “Dee” Maret, who has maintained dual roles as Tampa Bay and Florida director for the past three years, to concentrate on growing NRT’s market share across its six Florida regions.

“Janet is our longest-serving director in Florida and brings a wealth of knowledge to lead our Tampa-area associates,” said Maret, CCIM, director, Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, Florida. “It was important for the region to have one director who can provide leadership for our associates and exceptional service for our clients.”

Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT is one of the largest corporate-owned commercial real estate brokerages in the nation and the commercial real estate brokerage division of NRT LLC, a subsidiary of Realogy Holdings Corp.
