Jennifer Putnam Named Regional Sales Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Southwest Florida Region

SARASOTA, FL (October 12, 2016) – Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, the No. 1 residential brokerage in Florida according to Real TRENDS 500, has appointed Jennifer Putnam as the regional sales vice president of its Southwest Florida region. Putnam will be responsible for overseeing the management and growth of nearly 20 branch and satellite offices along the southwest Florida Gulf coast, from Bradenton to Naples.  

An innovative and multi-faceted professional well-known in the community for her strong management, communication and strategic thinking skills, Putnam has a distinguished background that includes more than 25 years of leadership experience in the fields of real estate and education.

A licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Putnam most recently served as branch manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Sarasota Central office. Her real estate background also includes time as a broker-associate for Michael Saunders & Company. She has earned The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® designation and membership in The Million Dollar Guild®. Prior to launching her real estate career, she was a high school principal and assistant principal with the Sarasota County School District, and held administration positions with charter and public schools in Fort Myers and Michigan.

Putnam holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Education, a master’s in Instrumental Music Education and a Ph.D. in K-12 Educational Administration with a minor in Business and Finance, all from Michigan State University. She holds post-broker licensing in Real Estate Investment and Brokerage Management, Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation and GREEN certification. She has received numerous professional awards in both real estate and education.
