Ken Morris Named Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® in Houston

 Houston, TX (April 5, 2016) – Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® has named Ken Morris as the new regional vice president of the company’s Houston region. Morris will be responsible for overseeing the management and growth of 17 offices, which have more than 700 affiliated sales associates.

Morris has more than 20 years of experience with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Dallas/Fort Worth as a top-producing sales associate and branch manager. In 2013, he was named district manager, and was responsible for overseeing the operations of the company’s offices in Frisco, Irving, Dallas/Park Cities, Plano and Rockwall and managing the office in Lakewood/NE Dallas. Prior to transitioning into real estate, he was vice president of lending with First National Bank in Dallas, where he acquired extensive knowledge of mortgage practices. He is a Texas native and is actively involved with several local charitable organizations.
