Local Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Leadership Named to Swanepoel’s Power 200 List

Clark W. Toole III ranked #136 on the list, Rossi ranked #10 most powerful woman in the industry

SARASOTA, FL January 30, 2017 – Kate Rossi, executive vice president of NRT LLC, East Region, and Clark Toole, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Florida has been named to the Swanepoel Power 200 List, a prestigious ranking of the 200 most influential people in residential real estate today. Rossi was named #53 nationwide and #10 among all of the women in the top 200. Toole was ranked #169.

 

Both Rossi and Toole have been named to the Swanepoel Power 200 list multiple times. Rossi has also been named one of Real Estate Executive Magazine’s Most Powerful People in Residential Real Estate in 2014 and one of the “Women Worth Watching for 2015” by Profiles of Diversity Journal.
