Mindy Welch Named Branch Manager of Coldwell Banker United, REALTOR®’s Lake Jackson Office

Lake Jackson, TX (May 26, 2016) – Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® has named Mindy Welch as the new branch manager of the company’s Lake Jackson office, where she will lead 22 independent sales associates. Welch brings 14 years of experience in real estate.

 Welch joined Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS® in 2007 and mentored under Lake Jackson’s former branch manager, Harold Cox. She is an active real estate investor and has  experience in the mortgage industry as a loan processor, licensed loan officer and office manager.  As a lifetime resident of Lake Jackson, shes is a volunteer for the local school district.
