Over $30 Million in 30 Days for Miami's Danny Hertzberg

MIAMI (June 2, 2014) — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Danny Hertzberg, sales associate in the Miami Beach office and member of the The Jills®, the No.1 Coldwell Banker team worldwide and No. 1 real estate team in America, has closed over $30 million in real estate transactions during the last 30 days. Hertzberg’s largest sale was 34 La Gorce Circle, which sold for $14 million on May 5, contributing the total $30,829,550 in transactions that included $894,800 in closed real estate rental agreements.

 “The success of this month is due to the right combination of marketing strategy and strength in the real estate marketplace,” said Hertzberg.

Hertzberg closed 11 sales in the past 30 days, ranging from a $359,000, 1,320-square-foot condominium unit on Brickell to a $14 million, 1941-vintage, six-bedroom, six-bath, 4,846-square-foot estate at 34 La Gorce Circle.  This sale established a record-setting price per square foot for Miami-Dade County, at $611 per square foot for land. Hertzberg sold the following properties in May:

  • 2549 Sunset Drive: $3,225,000
  • 122 E San Marino: $2,750,000
  • 226 Ocean Drive #7F/7G: $2,250,000
  • 2395 N Meridian Avenue: $1,475,000
  • 520 W 51 Terrace: $945,750
  • 6365 Collins Avenue #2402: $940,000
  • 5660 Collins Avenue #17B: $740,000
  • 175 SE 25th Road D6: $359,000

Hertzberg has teamed up with his younger sister Hillary Hertzberg to build the “Second Generation Selling” brand under the Jills umbrella.
