WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 20, 2016)—Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has named Realtor® Paul Sanford as branch vice president of the company’s Fairfax office. Sanford comes to the position with over 13 years of successful sales experience.
Before beginning his career in real estate, Sanford served in the Army Reserves and National Guard for over 20 years. Sanford retired as a Lieutenant Colonel where he gained extensive experience in team building, problem solving and attention to detail. Sanford’s success in the military transitioned to success in real estate, where he earned the prestigious International Diamond Society award with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for 2015.
